Just when I thought we were through with winter, she surprises us with a major snow storm, followed by rain, followed by an ice storm. Although most living creatures in the Maritimes (and elsewhere, I’m sure) have had quite enough of this seemingly endless winter, she has given me one more excellent opportunity for some stunning visual inspiration with my Woven Trees project. So, camera in hand, bundled up against the freezing rain and driving winds, I braved the elements not once, but twice, today. Once this morning, and once after dark with a powerful flashlight. Had it not been so cold, I might have gotten several more shots in. Click here to see the new gallery of photos. Cheers!
